Wednesday Evening 6pm-7pm YinYang yoga
This wonderful class consists of passively held poses that benefit the connective tissues and joints of the body, along with gentle movement which improves circulation, stamina and strength. The class also includes gentle breath control(pranayama) and calming relaxing yoga Nidra.

Friday Evening 5.30pm-6.30pm Power yoga
This dynamic class focuses on building strength and cardiovascular endurance. After a gentle warm up the class flows from one pose to the next, finishing with stretching followed by calming relaxation of yoga Nidra.
