We cannot take online bookings, if you would like to make a booking, please email bookings@tasburghvillagehall.org.uk to make an enquiry.
Please read all the content on this page before making a booking. The prices below are our 2023 prices that we have not increased for 2024.

Please sign and complete where required and return together with your deposit (or full payment if your booking is within four weeks), otherwise your booking cannot be confirmed.
Completed Hire Agreements should be completed off-line and contain a valid adult (over 21’s) signature.
If you are unable to return the completed forms by email, screenshots of the forms will be sufficient, or you could drop off the paper copies into the Village Hall letterbox.
 | Alcohol can only be sold via the club bar. Any other sale of alcohol on the Village Hall premises is not allowed. |
| Regular Users are those that have been approved as such by the Trustees having first booked six or more dates in succession and then book their dates regularly in advance. |
 | Residents are those residing in the Parish of Tasburgh and the booking must be for their own use (or local group) only. The hirer must be present at the booking and be the responsible person in charge. |
 | Deposit. A non-returnable 25% deposit will be needed at the time of booking. You may also be asked to provide a (returnable) security deposit. |
 | 18th Birthday Parties, Raves, Hall Parties. Please note that we do not accept bookings for 18th birthday parties, some 21st birthday parties or events which potentially are raves or hall parties. We are signed up to Norfolk Association of Village Halls who keep a record of such activities and bookings are checked with a variety of sources. |
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Bank Transfer is preferred, but cash and cheques are accepted.
Cheques should be made payable to “Tasburgh Village Hall”
